Richardson Decorating Contractors, based in Hampshire, was established in 1992 and has continued to grow steadily over the years. The company has built its reputation on quality and high standards of workmanship which in turn has been rewarded with recommendations from a wide spectrum of clients including Local Authority, Private, Industrial, Commercial and Domestic.
Contracts we have undertaken include; hotels, office refurbishments, superstores, hospitals, schools, nursing homes, churches, listed buildings, fire stations and national builders.
Richardson Decorating Contractors operate a site management program which provides clients and employees with a main focal point of contact at all stages. We currently employ four foremen with loyal service for many years, who have a wealth of experience between them for all contracts we undertake. To ensure quality, all tradesmen are directly employed by Richardson's.
In 2009 the company was re-accredited with BS EN ISO 9001:2008 following a successful external audit. This confirmed that we had continued to maintain an effective quality management system and that our processes had been regularly reviewed throughout the year through internal audit ensuring we improved, when necessary, services to our customers.
Being accredited with the Investor in People Award, the company understands that our success is dependent on getting the best out of all our employees and investment in their development is paramount to this. Richardson's is committed to maintaining a training and development plan for all employees and works closely with Construction Skills to accomplish this.
